Order Cancellation by the Customer
- Before
Dispatch:
- Orders can be canceled free of
charge before they are dispatched.
- To cancel, contact our Customer Support Team or use the cancellation option in your order
history.
- A full refund will be
processed within 7-10
business days to your original payment
method.
- After
Dispatch:
- Once an order is dispatched,
cancellations are not allowed. However, you may initiate a return for
eligible products after delivery.

Order Cancellation by Toybulk.in
Toybulk.in reserves
the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:
- The product is out of stock or
unavailable.
- Payment could not be verified.
- The delivery address is outside
our serviceable areas.
- Any technical or pricing error
occurs.
In such cases, you
will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Non-Cancellable Products
Certain orders cannot
be canceled once placed. These include:
- Perishable
Items: Fresh fruits, vegetables,
meats, seafood, cakes, and other consumables.
- Customized
or Personalized Products: Items
made-to-order or tailored to specific requirements.

Refund Process for Canceled Orders
- Refunds for canceled orders
will be initiated immediately upon successful cancellation.
- Depending on your payment
method, it may take 7-10 business days for
the amount to reflect in your account.

- Navigate to your order history
and select the order you wish to cancel.
- Click on the “Cancel Order”
option and confirm.
